Tina Spinks brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Florida Elder Law & Legacy Planning, where she serves as the Client Services and Community Outreach Director. Holding a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) designation, Tina is uniquely equipped to understand and address the needs of elderly clients and their families.

With more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, Tina has held leadership positions in sales, operations, and management across a wide range of clinical settings, including medical clinics, Medicare skilled home health, hospitals, and hospice care.

Tina is dedicated to using her expertise to educate and advocate for families needing support with Estate Planning, Medicaid Benefits, Elder Law, Long Term Care Planning, Asset Protection, Veterans Benefits, Guardianship, and Special Needs Planning.

Tina’s role involves fostering partnerships with healthcare professionals to create a seamless experience for those navigating the challenging landscape of aging and healthcare decisions. Her compassionate approach and dedication to client education make her an invaluable resource for families and professionals alike.

As a community leader, Tina is actively involved in outreach programs aimed at raising awareness about elder law issues, including dementia care and the legal aspects of aging. Her passion for serving the community and older adult population is evident in every aspect of her work, making her a trusted advocate.

Tina serves on the Board of Directors for Better Living for Seniors – Hillsborough County as the Education Chair, and on the Board of Directors for the National Placement and Referral Association as the Education and Outreach Chair. In these roles, she actively contributes to the creation of educational programs and resources that support healthcare professionals and benefit the wider community.

Tina is married to Ed Spinks, Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, and together they have a son, William, who has Down syndrome, and a daughter, Lilly.
