Florida Elder Law & Legacy Planning provides legal representation in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning.Â
We are a Tampa Bay area elder law firm. As a family owned and operated elder law firm, we know each case and client are different and may have different goals or desired outcomes of their case. We take pride in providing individual one on one representation.
Founded by Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, Ed Spinks, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps who served for over 25 years, our firm understands the process of obtaining VA benefits including pension, DIC and Aid & Attendance, and other types of benefits such as Medicaid qualification. We know, first-hand, how frustrating it can be when trying to collect them and having no one to turn to with questions. It’s this level of empathy that makes our firm different.
Preparing for the future can be equally stressful. We make sure our clients are educated on every aspect of the estate planning process to help eliminate uncertainties and preserve assets. We also represent the interests of those who cannot advocate for themselves, including children and the elderly.
