Elisabetta, originally from Italy’s capital, had a remarkable upbringing that inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field from an early age. She first earned a business degree in Italy before moving to the United States to complete a Paralegal Certificate program. After successfully passing the Paralegal Certification exam on her first attempt, Elisabetta gained valuable experience working within the court system and alongside law firms specializing in various areas, including civil law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, criminal defense, and family law.

In 2023, Elisabetta joined Spinks Law Firm, where she focuses on probate and guardianship law. Her multitasking abilities and compassionate support for both attorneys and clients have made her an invaluable asset, particularly when assisting families through challenging transitions. Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, she is also a licensed Notary Public and real estate agent. Outside of work, Elisabetta enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor sports.
