Jeanette brings a unique blend of strength, empathy, and professionalism to her role as Legal Assistant at Florida Elder Law & Legacy Planning. With a background in law enforcement as a former Correctional Officer, she developed a deep understanding of the justice system and cultivated the discipline, resilience, and compassion that now guide her work.

Jeanette is known for her meticulous attention to detail and calm, confident presence—especially when helping clients navigate complex and sensitive legal matters. She plays a vital role in supporting the firm and ensuring that each client feels informed, supported, and respected.  As a fluent Spanish speaker, Jeanette is proud to serve and connect with members of the Spanish-speaking community, helping to bridge language gaps and foster trust.

Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of South Florida, Jeanette is passionate about mental health awareness and advocacy. She believes in breaking stigmas, fostering emotional well-being, and making space for individuals to be heard and understood.

Beyond the office, Jeanette lives a purpose-driven life. She is a proud dog mom to a spirited Golden Retriever, active in her church community, and a dedicated family member. On weekends, she channels her leadership into coaching youth soccer, mentoring the next generation with the same heart and dedication she brings to her legal work.
